Chris Lawton – President & CEO

Chris Lawton is an IT Executive with over 30 years of experience successfully developing products, implementing innovative business solutions, and managing strategic accounts.

Chris most recently served as the Vice President Technologies for BIAS’ Solara Services division.  As Vice President Technologies, where he assisted customers with strategic initiatives, leading them through complex solutions with practical approaches to solve enterprise level problems. Chris is an Amazon AWS Certified Solutions Architect and his expertise includes Enterprise Architecture, Software Engineering, Managed Services, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning.

Chris is a former Vice President and CTO for SJ Technologies where he has spent 3 years consulting with the Federal Government and Department of Defense (DoD). Providing management and oversight, Chris managed contracts supporting Infrastructure, Software and Development services within US Army, US Air Force, US Treasury divisions: Bureau of Fiscal Services, Bureau of Engraving & Printing, Alcohol & Tobacco Tax and Trade Bureau; in addition to the Office of Personnel Management.

Prior to joining SJ Technologies, Chris served as Associate Vice President of Managed Services for PCM (formally PC Mall), where he led the teams that supported the infrastructure and systems for ~160 customers within owned data centers and on customer premises. Throughout his tenure there, Chris demonstrated strong management and process skills that were critical factors in his ability to maintain customer satisfaction and achieve growth for the company.

Marty Glantz – Vice President Business Development

Marty Glantz is a Principal Consultant working with businesses to improve their focus for growth of business, brand, market, revenue, and operations. He is an experienced, multi-disciplined professional senior business leader focused upon successful execution of world class business solutions. Marty successfully manages all phases of business life cycle to include business opportunity research and proposal development, partner and client contract and negotiations, program and project planning, resource management, service delivery, and profit/loss control to achieve desired results and highest client satisfaction for defined engagement and initiatives.

As a Management Consultant, he works with clients to tackle complex business initiatives employing a methodical approach in evaluation of their current state then applying tools and processes to drive appropriate changes to achieve desired results; business in terms of greater value to their stakeholders while meeting with legislative and non-public sector competitive pressures and cost reductions. Similarly, he has helped commercial organizations to transform their business, improve the customer experience, grow business, and drive revenue growth. He has been able to implement strategic and impacting changes through review and analysis of business strategy, process, people, technology, performance metrics, and stakeholder relations resulting in increased value or revenue.

Marty has worked with a number of firms and comes from Deloitte Consulting where he was a leader of their commercial and public services helping clients with their business strategy and vision, organizational design, process, and technology. He has been responsible for successful opportunity identification, capture, and delivery of a wide range of consulting assignments covering business strategy and operations, performance management and process improvement, organizational design and optimization, and technology strategy and architecture. Marty has more than 25 years of experience within the commercial, federal, state and local government and non-profit industries.

Pete Fotopoulos – Vice President Network & Infrastructure

Pete Fotopoulos is a skilled and highly respected Technology management and process design consultant with 25 years of functional and consulting experience in IT infrastructure & operations, program / project management, client services, technical account management, and multi-channel optimization. Recognized thought leader, subject matter diversified specialist across multiple industries including, financial services, public sector, media and entertainment – lottery technology infrastructure in USA and countries across the globe, logistics & warehouse distribution, high-tech and telecommunications sectors with national and global displaced operations.

Pete has led multiple teams in the successful development and adoption of new business technologies; migrating IT infrastructures to Hybrid Cloud XaaS solutions and consolidating data centers for the State Government’s Lottery operations and financial sectors both in the US and Asia Pacific regions, Pete has also re-aligned and improved customer-facing business and technology operational management processes as part of the technology infrastructure upgrades.

Pete was responsible for the implementation of Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) for numerous companies meeting PCI and ISO/IEC security compliance and technologies within the financial, media & entertainment industries. Pete’s decades of IT engineering and management experience has left a legacy of improved business processes, strategy and increased revenue.

Earl Holland – Strategic Advisor, Government & DoD

Earl Holland is the President and CEO of Growth Strategy Consultants (GSC), a business he started nearly eight years ago after more than 20 years of working for Fortune 500 and 1000 commercial corporate firms such as IBM and Synova, Inc. There he held leadership positions of business development, marketing, and sales within these Fortune 500 and 1000 business communities.

Mr. Holland possesses a thorough knowledge of the government contracting sector, contract vehicles, and procurement process which he leverages using GSC proprietary processes with business partners to grow their business. In his nearly 30 years of experience of business development with the myriad of Department of Defense (DoD) and civilian agencies where he’s a highly regarded authority on strategic planning and preparation, market positioning, and business partnerships, for the proper pursuit and capture of defined opportunities.

In 2017, he was appointed to lead the Emerging Small Business Group of Government Technology & Services Coalition (GTSC) and has done a tremendous job mentoring and focusing the group on the review and analysis of important topics, relationship-building with critical government officials, and educating myriad of firms on their path to success.

June J. Lee MD, MBA – Strategic Advisor, Healthcare

Dr. June Lee is Medical Director of Breast Specialists of South Florida, a private practice focusing solely on groundbreaking breast care technology and surgeries. Dr. Lee relocated to the area from New York where she was recognized as one of Long Island’s top doctors and has been decorated in compassionate patient care. Her approach begins by engaging patients as meaningful partners. Through her clinical management and professional medical expertise, she offers the latest treatment options and solutions when tackling breast problems.

As a board-certified, fellowship-trained breast surgeon, Dr. Lee is one of the very few in the United States with the expertise in both breast oncologic surgery as well as aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the breast. She attended Swarthmore College, and received her medical education at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey.

Her internship and residency in General Surgery were completed at Abington Memorial Hospital, a teaching affiliate of Temple University Medical School and Medical College of Pennsylvania/Hahnemann Hospital in Philadelphia. She then went onto specialty training in breast surgery in Columbus, Ohio at Grant Medical Center, a regional comprehensive breast center and one of the 33 Breast Fellowships nationally accredited by the Society of Surgical Oncology, American Society of Breast Surgeons, and American Society of Breast Disease. She received further training in aesthetic and reconstructive surgery of the breast with an internationally renown oncoplastic surgeon in Dallas, Texas at the Cooper Clinic. She was recruited by St. Catherine of Siena Medical Center in October 2008, where she practices oncoplastic breast surgery to provide individualized care in the realm of multidisciplinary care of the patient. As Director of the Breast Program, Dr. June Lee also held hospital privileges at St. Catherine of Siena Medical Center in Smithtown, NY and St. Francis Hospital in Roslyn, NY. She also holds an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York, NY.
